Ingredients
- 1.25 c purified water; cold
- 1/4 c dulse flakes
- 2 Tbs tamari sauce
- 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt fine
- 1.25 tsp OG miso; white gluten free
- 1 tsp Trader Joes umami mushroom powder
Instructions
- Boil the water in a small pot.
- Turn on your stove fan/exhaust as this stuff can smell a bit!
- Add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple weeks. You may also freeze in a freezer safe container to use later.
