Sliced Apples & Bananas with fresh almond butter drizzle

Equipment

  • apple slicer
  • chef knife
  • cutting board
  • serving platter

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 oz almond butter

Instructions

  • Wash the apples and pat dry.
  • Slice and de-core the apples, using the apple slicer.
  • Take the chef's knife and cut each apple slice lengthwise to create 2 identical slices.
  • Peel the bananas and place them on the cutting board. Cut 1/2" rounds of the banana
  • Place the slices on the tray however you wish and drizzle the almond butter over them.
  • May be served immeditely or stored in the refrigerator until ready.
