Ingredients
- 16 oz purified water; cold
- 1 whole carrot
- 1 whole apple
- 2 whole kale leaves
- 1/4" piece ginger
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1 Tbs apple juice concentrate frozen
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
PREP
- Wash produce well
- Core the apple
JUICE
- Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed
- Blend using the high speed or "whole juice" setting. ENJOY!!
NOTE
- The juice consistency will be a lot thicker due to the fiber remaining in the juice.
ALTERNATE PROCESS (Juicer Required)
- Cut prepped produce to smaller pieces to process easier.
- Run main ingredients through the juicer at a slow and steady pace.
- Once juiced, mix in the water, additional ingredients minus the ice, and 1-2 Tbs of the juiced fiber pulp.
- Pour over ice. ENJOY!!
