Equipment

  • food processor; slicing blade

Ingredients

  • 1 c buckwheat
  • 1.5 c flax seed or meal
  • 1/2 c chia seed
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro; fresh
  • 1/4 bunch parsley; fresh
  • 1/2 c basil; fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c honey; pure raw
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 c Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the food processor.
  • Pulse a few times to incorporate, then scrape the sides.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture on the dehydrator sheets.
  • Spread out evenly and create the shape of your crust.
  • Dehydrate for 4 hours at 105°. Flip the crust
  • Dehydrate for another 4 hours at 105°.
  • Remove the crust from the dehydrator and add sauce and toppings of choice! ENJOY!!
