
Zesty RAW Pizza Crust

Equipment
- food processor; slicing blade
Ingredients
- 1 c buckwheat
- 1.5 c flax seed or meal
- 1/2 c chia seed
- 1/4 bunch cilantro; fresh
- 1/4 bunch parsley; fresh
- 1/2 c basil; fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c honey; pure raw
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 c Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the food processor.
- Pulse a few times to incorporate, then scrape the sides.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture on the dehydrator sheets.
- Spread out evenly and create the shape of your crust.
- Dehydrate for 4 hours at 105°. Flip the crust
- Dehydrate for another 4 hours at 105°.
- Remove the crust from the dehydrator and add sauce and toppings of choice! ENJOY!!
