Use in baking recipes in place of an egg. 1:1 ratio.

Equipment
- small bowl or cup
- whisk
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs flaxseed meal ground flaxseed
- 2 1/2 Tbs purified water; cold
Instructions
- Add the flax meal and the water to a small cup or dish. Whisk to incorporate.
- Allow to sit for at least 5 minutes for the mixture to thicken and setup.
- Add to your recipe as a 1:1 replacement for a conventional egg. ENJOY!!
Notes
Flax eggs work as a 1:1 replacement for conventional eggs, in most baked recipes. They don't setup exactly like a traditional egg, but the consistency is pretty similar and for that works really well in muffins, pancakes, brownies, bars, and more...
