Ingredients

  • 1.25 c purified water; cold
  • 1/4 c dulse flakes
  • 2 Tbs tamari sauce
  • 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt fine
  • 1.25 tsp OG miso; white gluten free
  • 1 tsp Trader Joes umami mushroom powder

Instructions

  • Boil the water in a small pot.
  • Turn on your stove fan/exhaust as this stuff can smell a bit!
  • Add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple weeks. You may also freeze in a freezer safe container to use later.
