Vegan Tuna Salad

Equipment
- medium mixing bowl
- scissors
- spatula
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c garbanzo beans / chickpeas; cooked drained (15 oz can)
- 1 nori sheet chop finely with scissors
- 1/4 c vegan mayonaise
- 1/4 c onion; red chop fine, is about half a small onion
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T pickle relish
- 10 capers finely chopped
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 T tamari sauce
- 1/2 T dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp vinegar; white
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
Instructions
- Using a medium mixing bowl, add the chickpeas and mash with a fork.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Taste test and add more salt & pepper if desired.
