Equipment

Ingredients

  • 7 oz cashew cream
  • 1/2 cup purified water; cold
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 large garlic
  • 1 Tbs Annie's organic worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs capers
  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt fine
  • 1 tsp black pepper cracked

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. ENJOY!!

BLENDER-LESS INSTRUCTIONS

  • Finely chop the capers and put all ingredients in a medium jar with a lid. Shake until well incorporated.

STORAGE INFO

  • Any dressing not consumed immediately can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.

QUICK TIP

  • If you want to extend the shelf life you can add 1 probiotic capsule and shake well. It will add an extra couple weeks of shelf life in the refrigerator, as well as populating your microbiome with more gut friendly bacteria.
