
*VEGAN* Caprese bites

Equipment
- Serving Tray or Round Charger
- Shot Glass or Tiny Bowl
Ingredients
- 12 leaves OG fresh basil
- 12 whole OG cherry, sugar or grape tomatoes
- 4 Tbs Miyoko's mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil extra-virgin
- 3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 12 toothpicks
Instructions
- Take a toothpick, Fold a basil leaf a couple times and push onto the toothpick.
- Cut the vegan mozarella into 1/4" Cubes
- Place the vegan mozarella on the toothpick against the basil leaf.
- Gently add a tomato onto the toothpick and then place it onto the serving tray.
- Repeat these steps until the rest of the caprese are built.
- Drizzle the olive oil and the balsamic over the caprese, and then sprinkle the Himalayan sea salt over them evenly.
- Add a shot glass or tiny bowl into the center of the tray for guests to place their used toothpick in.
- Serve and Enjoy!!
