Take a toothpick, Fold a basil leaf a couple times and push onto the toothpick.
Cut the vegan mozarella into 1/4" Cubes
Place the vegan mozarella on the toothpick against the basil leaf.
Gently add a tomato onto the toothpick and then place it onto the serving tray.
Repeat these steps until the rest of the caprese are built.
Drizzle the olive oil and the balsamic over the caprese, and then sprinkle the Himalayan sea salt over them evenly.
Add a shot glass or tiny bowl into the center of the tray for guests to place their used toothpick in.
