Ingredients

  • 32 oz milk; almond or soy
  • 1 c gf old fashioned oats
  • 1 c hemp seed; hulled
  • 1/2 c chia seed
  • 1/2 c coconut sugar
  • 1/4 c real maple syrup
  • 1/2 c frozen blueberries

SETIUP & STORE

  • 1 large glass storage bowl with lid

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in the order listed to a large glass storage bowl with lid.
  • Mix well and place covered in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
  • ENJOY!!
