
Overnight Oats with hemp and chia

Ingredients
- 32 oz milk; almond or soy
- 1 c gf old fashioned oats
- 1 c hemp seed; hulled
- 1/2 c chia seed
- 1/2 c coconut sugar
- 1/4 c real maple syrup
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries
SETIUP & STORE
- 1 large glass storage bowl with lid
Instructions
- Add ingredients in the order listed to a large glass storage bowl with lid.
- Mix well and place covered in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
- ENJOY!!
