RAW Chocolate Truffles

Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 c walnuts; raw NOT soaked
  • 1/2 c dates; pitted
  • 1/4 c coconut water
  • 1/4 c carob powder
  • 2 tsp chia seed

Instructions

  • Blend the walnuts and dates in a food processor until consistency reaches a smooth texture.
  • Mix in the carob, coconut water and chia seeds.
  • Form dough into small balls.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds out evenly on a plate and roll the balls to coat the outside.  Also can roll in shredded coconut for a different look and flavor combo!
  • Chill before serving.  Enjoy!!
