This vegan chocolate syrup is great drizzled over ice cream, swirled into cheesecakes, and fluffed into lattes! So many fun uses! ♥️

Equipment
- small pot
- silicone whisk
- silicone spatula
- small glass jar with lid
- squeeze bottle; 6+ oz optional - nice for swirling desserts
Ingredients
- 1/2 c cacao powder (or 80gm)
- 1/2 c real maple syrup
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to pot over medium high heat.
- Whisk out all lumps until smooth.
- The sauce should thicken in about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn
- Remove the pot from the burner immediately and transfer into a glass jar and allow to cool completely. Once cooler, you can optionally transfer into a squeeze bottle and store in the refrigerator. ENJOY!!
