Equipment
- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1 c walnuts; raw NOT soaked
- 1/2 c dates; pitted
- 1/4 c coconut water
- 1/4 c carob powder
- 2 tsp chia seed
Instructions
- Blend the walnuts and dates in a food processor until consistency reaches a smooth texture.
- Mix in the carob, coconut water and chia seeds.
- Form dough into small balls.
- Sprinkle chia seeds out evenly on a plate and roll the balls to coat the outside. Also can roll in shredded coconut for a different look and flavor combo!
- Chill before serving. Enjoy!!
