Ingredients

sweet potatoes

extra-virgin olive oil

garlic powder

Kirklands no salt seasoning

Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Scrub potatoes and rinse.
Cut potatoes into about 1" cubes.
Toss potatoes in the olive oil, herbs and spices. I like to use a gallon ziplock bag to shake everything in.
Add the parchment paper to the rimmed baking sheet and pour the potatoes onto it. Spread out evenly by creating a single layer.
Place the baking sheet on the middle rack and bake for 20 minutes.
Mix well with spatula and bake for another 20 minutes.T hey should be semi browned and soft enough to eat. ENJOY!!
