fresh or frozen berries

real maple syrup

Shelled Hemp Seed
(optional) adds 5 gm protein

almond milk
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS • add after oatmeal has setup overnight

almond butter

real maple syrup

shredded coconut
Instructions
OATMEAL
Add the OATMEAL ingredients into the medium glass bowl in the order listed.
Stir to incorporate. Put lid on and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator and stir well.
If you would like, you may warm up the oatmeal before eating.
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Add any additional toppings as you see fit. ENJOY!
