Add the cold almond milk or pure water, vegan protein, and your sweetener of choice into the shaker bottle.
Shake.
Open shaker and add coconut oil and coffee. Shake again gently as the heat can create pressure in the shaker.
If you want a warm latte it is ready to drink. Optionally, you can add ice if you prefer an iced latte. ENJOY!

This latte is a great way for hard gainers to add more quality calories, protein and healthy fats to their diet. If you prefer a less calorie dense version, you may skip the coconut oil and replace the maple syrup with liquid stevia.
