extra-virgin olive oil

SAUCE

cashews; raw
soaked

lemon juice

unrefined coconut oil

GARNISH

sundried tomatoes

Instructions
PASTA
Take a vegetable spirulizer and attach the linquini insert.
Spirulize the zucchini into noodles.
SAUCE
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (Vitamix/Blendtec).
Blend until nice and creamy.
Pour the sauce over the noodles.
Garnish with Sundried Tomatoes & Fresh Basil.
Serve and ENJOY!!
