Ingredients

almond milk or coconut water

banana

hemp seed; hulled

chia seed

scoops
vanilla vegan protein

dates; pitted

ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender, except the ice. Is best to do in the order listed.
Blend on smoothie setting or medium/high speed until smooth.
Add ice and run a second time, until smooth! Serve and ENJOY!!
Notes
The consistency will soften if allowed to sit for 10 minutes after blending.
