Fresh Almond Milk

Equipment

  • Vitamix or Blendtec
  • Nut Milk Bag

Ingredients

  • 32 oz purified water; cold
  • 1 c almonds soaked for 8 hours
  • 1 Tbs pure vanilla
  • 2 Tbs real maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender except the ice. Blend on high speed or “whole juice” cycle. 
  • Add ice and run a second time.  Blend until smooth! 
  • Strain using a nut milk bag if you want a smoother milk, otherwise drink as is with the pulp.  ENJOY!!
