Instructions
PREP
Wash the ingredients well, rinse and pat dry with a cloth or paper towel.
Pit the strawberries and cut them into two equal halves.
Slice the bananas into roughly 1/2" slices. Each skewer will get 2.
Pick the mint leaves from the bunch.
BUILD
Take a skewer and gently slide a strawberry slice on width wise and move it down a bit to make room for the other fruit.
Gently add a mint leaf next to the strawberry.
Sandwich the mint leaf by adding a banana slice.
Add a raspberry/blackberry onto the skewer next to the banana.
Add a grape next to the raspberry/blackberry.
Then add another strawberry and add another mint, banana, raspberry/blackberry, and a grape.
Add to a serving or passing tray. Great for parties! Enjoy!!
