Funky Monkey Nice Cream

A banana & almond butter based ice cream.

CREAM
- 3 bananas frozen
- 6 Tbs almond butter
- 1 c ice crushed - if possible
- 3 Tbs real maple syrup
Add all the CREAM ingredients to the high powered blender and blend until smooth. Use a spatula or tamper to scrape the sides and continue reincorporating the ingredients until they blend. Be careful not to get too close the blades.
Pour the mixture from the blender into the ice cream maker and run for about 15 minutes, or until the ice cream firms up quite a bit.
MARBLING AND TEXTURE
While the ice cream maker is running, drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel syrup in one at a time.
Sprinkle in the crumbled pecans and cacao nibs while the ice cream maker is still running.
Turn machine off immediately so you can keep more of the swirls, don't ovemix.
Remove the ice cream from the canister and serve or place in a container freeze for a bit.
If pulling from the freezer you may need to allow 5-10 minutes for the ice cream to thaw enough to serve. ENJOY!!
