Ingredients

brown rice flour
finely ground brown rice

potato starch

c
white rice flour
finely ground brown rice
1/4

tapioca starch

tsp
xanthan gum
optional - assists with binding
Instructions
Add the brown and white rice to the high powered blender and run on high, or the "grind flour" setting. Run until it tuns into a finely ground flour.
Add the other ingredients to the blender and pulse a few times to incorporate.
Store in a container with a lid.
Notes
May be used 1:1 for all purpose or whole wheat flour. If you wish to bind more like a glutenous flour, be sure to add the xanthan gum. ENJOY!!
