- 16 oz brewed yerba maté
- 4 oz almond milk or pure water
- 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein
- 1 Tbs maple syrup / honey / agave / coconut sugar
Add the almond milk or pure water, vegan protein, and your sweetener of choice to shaker bottle.
Shake.
Open shaker and add yerba mate.
Shake again. Beverage should be warm and ready to drink. You can add ice if you prefer an iced latte.Enjoy!
