Cut each head of cabbage in half, then cut the half in half again and set to the side.
Take a food processor and insert the adjustable slicer blade, set to 1/4" width.
Add the cabbage to the food processor and shred.
Measure out 2 cups of each type of cabbage & place in a large mixing bowl.
Replace the blade in food processor with the fine shred blade.
Finely shred the carrot and then add to the bowl.
Add the cashew cream and the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
Mix well with tongs. Serve & Enjoy!!
