milk; almond or soy

vanilla vegan protein

hemp seed; hulled

almond butter

maca powder

banana
peeled and frozen

real maple syrup

ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender in the order listed and blend on medium speed or “smoothie” cycle. May need to run a second time, blend until smooth! ENJOY!!
