- 2 1/2 c pecans; raw
- 2 tsp real maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Optional - mix in for a smoother pecan butter
- 3 T unrefined coconut oil
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Evenly spread the pecans out on the rimmed baking sheet
Toast the pecans for about 8 minutes, but be watching closely as they can burn easily.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
