Preheat the oven to 350° F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl. add tahini and maple syrup and use a whisk to thoroughly combine.
Add the almond flour, tapioca starch, baking soda and salt to the mixture. Use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to mix well.
Place the sesame seeds in a small bowl and keep nearby.
Scoop about a heaping Tablespoon of the cookie mixture and roll into a ball, then roll in the sesame seeds and place on the cookie sheet, spacing them 2" apart.
Gently press down on the balls to flatten them slightly.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden.
Let cool for 4 minutes and ENJOY!!
