Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, add the STEP 1 ingredients, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the flour from STEP 2 and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the STEP 3 ingredients and gently simmer for 25 minutes.
Add STEP 4 ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes.
Spread the TOPPINGS among all of the bowls and serve immediately. ENJOY!!
