Instructions
In a large pot add the oils, onions, and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes on medium high heat.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 12 minutes, stirring gently. Try not to overmix the beyond meat as it can change the consistency.
Pairs well with wild or brown rice. ENJOY!!
