Instructions
Place a large pan on medium heat and add the olive oil to warm up with the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and place the lid on for 2 minutes. Stir well again and place the lid back on for another 2 minutes.
Open the lid and stir one last time. Veggies should be ready at this stage, but if you prefer them softer, place the lid on once more for another 2 minutes. Eniov!
