Ingredients
- 48 oz fresh hummus see recipe - to make, 4 oz per crudité
- 36 carrots; mini 3 per crudité
- 3 persian cucumbers 8 per cucumber, 2 per crudité
- 12 OG cherry, sugar or grape tomatoes 1 per crudité
CRACKERS (optional)
- 1 box GF crackers
Instructions
- In a 4 oz ramiken add 4 oz of hummus, a back row of 3 mini carrots, then a row of 2 persian cucumbers and 1 cherry tomato in front.
- Add ramikens to a serving platter and pass as an hors d'oeuvre.
