
Homemade Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 T vinegar of choice balsamic, red wine, white wine, or apple cider
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 RT real maple syrup
- 2 med garlic pressed/minced
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt fine
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Take a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well with a small whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely mixed together.
- Taste, and adjust as necessary. If the mixture is too acidic, thin it out with a bit more olive oil or balance the flavors with a little more maple syrup. If the mixture could use more flaver, add another pinch or two of salt. If it doesn’t have enough zing, add more vinegar by the teaspoon.
- Serve immedietely or store in a covered jar in the fridge. If it solidifies, simply allow to rest at room temperature for about 10 mins or you may microwave for about 15-20 seconds. Whisk and serve. ENJOY!!
