Equipment
- food processor with adjustable slicer blade
- large pot
- heat resistant silicone spatula
Ingredients
- 2 T unrefined coconut oil
- 1 onion; red large
- 2 garlic
- 7 c cabbage; green shredded
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 T honey; pure raw
- 1 T chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1 lb Beyond Meat
Instructions
- In a large pot add the oils, onions, and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes on medium high heat.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 12 minutes, stirring gently. Try not to overmix the beyond meat as it can change the consistency.
- Pairs well with wild or brown rice. ENJOY!!
