Fruit Skewers with mint

Ingredients

  • 8 medium skewers
  • 16 grapes; seedless
  • 16 OG strawberries sliced in half
  • 16 raspberry/blackberry
  • 16 mint
  • 2 banana 24 - 1/2" slices

Instructions

PREP

  • Wash the ingredients well, rinse and pat dry with a cloth or paper towel.
  • Pit the strawberries and cut them into two equal halves.
  • Slice the bananas into roughly 1/2" slices. Each skewer will get 2.
  • Pick the mint leaves from the bunch.

BUILD

  • Take a skewer and gently slide a strawberry slice on width wise and move it down a bit to make room for the other fruit.
  • Gently add a mint leaf next to the strawberry.
  • Sandwich the mint leaf by adding a banana slice.
  • Add a raspberry/blackberry onto the skewer next to the banana.
  • Add a grape next to the raspberry/blackberry.
  • Then add another strawberry and add another mint, banana, raspberry/blackberry, and a grape.
  • Add to a serving or passing tray. Great for parties! Enjoy!!
