Equipment

  • 2 large pot
  • large ladle

Ingredients

  • 6 c purified water; cold

MAIN INGREDIENTS

  • 14 oz OG extra firm tofu drained; cut in 1/2" cubes
  • 1 bell pepper; red strip slices
  • 1/3 c green onions
  • 1 carrot sliced in strips
  • 6 T OG miso; white
  • 1 Tbs coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz maifun rice noodles cooked
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds; raw, white

Instructions

  • Begin to cook the rice noodles in one of the large pots following the instructions on the package.
  • In another large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  • Stir in the main ingredients and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the additional ingredients and ladle into bowls and allow to cool slightly before serving. ENJOY!!
