Equipment
- 2 large pot
- large ladle
Ingredients
- 6 c purified water; cold
MAIN INGREDIENTS
- 14 oz OG extra firm tofu drained; cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1 bell pepper; red strip slices
- 1/3 c green onions
- 1 carrot sliced in strips
- 6 T OG miso; white
- 1 Tbs coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz maifun rice noodles cooked
- 1 tsp sesame seeds; raw, white
Instructions
- Begin to cook the rice noodles in one of the large pots following the instructions on the package.
- In another large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Stir in the main ingredients and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the additional ingredients and ladle into bowls and allow to cool slightly before serving. ENJOY!!
