Ingredients
CHIA PUDDING
- 1/2 c milk; almond or soy unsweetened
- 2 Tbs chia seed
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 TBS cacao powder
- 1 TBS pure maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- 4 oz coconut yogurt; unsweetened optional
- 1 tsp cacao nibs optional
- 2 whole organic strawberries
- 8 whole organic blueberries
- 1/2 whole banana
- 1 Tbs coconut; shredded or flakes
- 2 tsp organic hemp hearts; shelled
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the CHIA PUDDING ingredients in the order listed. Whisk until well incorporated.
- If in a hurry and want to eat right away, place in the freezer and allow to thicken for about 10 minutes. If you have the time the pudding is smoother if you allow it to soak overnight.
- Add any OPTIONAL TOPPINGS as you see fit!
- Pudding may be stored in the refriegerator for up to 5 days. ENJOY!!
