Equipment
- Vitamix or Blendtec
Ingredients
- 8 oz almond milk or coconut water
- 1 banana
- 3 Tbs hemp seed; hulled
- 1 Tbs chia seed
- 1 scoops vanilla vegan protein
- 2 dates; pitted
- 2 c ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender, except the ice. Is best to do in the order listed.
- Blend on smoothie setting or medium/high speed until smooth.
- Add ice and run a second time, until smooth! Serve and ENJOY!!
Notes
The consistency will soften if allowed to sit for 10 minutes after blending.
