Equipment

  • Vitamix or Blendtec

Ingredients

  • 8 oz almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 3 Tbs hemp seed; hulled
  • 1 Tbs chia seed
  • 1 scoops vanilla vegan protein
  • 2 dates; pitted
  • 2 c ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender, except the ice. Is best to do in the order listed.
  • Blend on smoothie setting or medium/high speed until smooth.  
  • Add ice and run a second time, until smooth!  Serve and ENJOY!!

Notes

The consistency will soften if allowed to sit for 10 minutes after blending.
