Ingredients
JUICING INGREDIENTS
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 whole apple
- 1 leaf kale
- 3 leaf dandelion
ADD IN INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz purified water; cold
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Nature's Sunshine Mineral Chi Tonic (optional)
- 1/2 c ice
Instructions
- Mix the step 1 ingredients into a quart pitcher and add the ice.
- Cut juicing ingredients into smaller pieces to fit inside the juicer.
- Run the juicer at a slow and steady pace. Once juiced, add all the ingredients to the pitcher. Serve and ENJOY!!
