Equipment
- Vitamix or Blendtec
Ingredients
- 8 oz purified water; cold
- 3 oz blueberries
- 1/2 c almonds; raw soaked for 8 hours
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 2 Tbs maple syrup / honey / agave / coconut sugar
- 1 whole dates; pitted
- 1 c ice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the ice to blender in the order listed and blend on high speed or “whole juice” cycle until smooth.
- Add ice and run a second time on medium speed or “smoothie” cycle. Serve and ENJOY!!
