Equipment

  • Vitamix or Blendtec

Ingredients

  • 16 oz almond milk or pure water
  • 1/2 c spinach or kale chopped
  • 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein
  • 1 banana
  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 3 Tbs real maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs cacao nibs
  • 1 c ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except the ice and cacao nibs, to blender in the order listed.
  • Blend on medium speed or the “smoothie” cycle. 
  • Add ice and cacao nibs, and run a second time. Blend until smooth!  ENJOY!!
