Ingredients
- 2 c rice; white jasmine
- 1 c quinoa
- 1/4 c nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 3 c purified water; cold
Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa and rice thoroughly with cold water.
- Strain the water out using a mesh straine.
- Pour in to the instant pot and add the other ingredients
- Set to cook for 3 minutes using the MANUAL setting with the instant pot in the sealed position.
- Release the steam slowly for 10 minutes before carefully opening the the lid.
- Fluff with a fork. ENJOY!!
