Equipment
- Vitamix or Blendtec
- silicone spatula
- serving bowl
- small serving spoon
Ingredients
- 1/2 c real maple syrup
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 2 Tbs ground chili paste
- 1 tsp tamarind puree
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into a small serving bowl and use the spatula to scrape the sides of the blender clean. ENJOY!!
