Equipment

Ingredients
- 1 slice GF bread or other high quality bread
- 1/4 single avocado ripe
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- 2 single OG cherry, sugar or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 single green onions
- 1/4 single jalapeño
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch micro greens optional
- 1/2 Tbs pine nuts optional
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil drizzle; optional
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Remove the pit from the avocado and use a big spoon to scoop out the insides into a small mixing bowl.
- Using a fork, mash the avocado until it is a nice texture. Add in spices and mix well.
- Spread the avocado mixture on top of the toast and add any of the optional toppings as you see fit. ENJOY!!
