Fruit Skewers with mint

Ingredients
- 8 medium skewers
- 16 grapes; seedless
- 16 OG strawberries sliced in half
- 16 raspberry/blackberry
- 16 mint
- 2 banana 24 - 1/2" slices
Instructions
PREP
- Wash the ingredients well, rinse and pat dry with a cloth or paper towel.
- Pit the strawberries and cut them into two equal halves.
- Slice the bananas into roughly 1/2" slices. Each skewer will get 2.
- Pick the mint leaves from the bunch.
BUILD
- Take a skewer and gently slide a strawberry slice on width wise and move it down a bit to make room for the other fruit.
- Gently add a mint leaf next to the strawberry.
- Sandwich the mint leaf by adding a banana slice.
- Add a raspberry/blackberry onto the skewer next to the banana.
- Add a grape next to the raspberry/blackberry.
- Then add another strawberry and add another mint, banana, raspberry/blackberry, and a grape.
- Add to a serving or passing tray. Great for parties! Enjoy!!
