Equipment
- Vitamix or Blendtec
Ingredients
- 16 oz almond milk or pure water
- 1/2 c spinach or kale chopped
- 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein
- 1 banana
- 3 drops peppermint essential oil
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 3 Tbs real maple syrup
- 2 Tbs cacao nibs
- 1 c ice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the ice and cacao nibs, to blender in the order listed.
- Blend on medium speed or the “smoothie” cycle.
- Add ice and cacao nibs, and run a second time. Blend until smooth! ENJOY!!
