Butter Pecan Ice Cream

A creamy cashew based ice cream.

STEP 2
- 3 Tbs caramel syrup see recipe
- 1 cup pecans crumbled
Add the STEP 1 ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
Blend on high and use the spatula to help process. Be careful NOT to go too close to the blades as it will blend the spatula as well.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
STEP 2
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker for about 15 minutes, until it starts to get really firm but is still moving in the machine.
Sprinkle in the crumbed pecans, and drizzle in the caramel syrup while the ice cream maker is still running.
Turn machine off and remove ice cream from the canister and either serve immediately or place in a container and put in the freezer until ready to serve.
If pulling from the freezer you may need to allow 5-10 minutes for the ice cream to thaw enough to serve. ENJOY!!
