- 4 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil extra virgin
- 6 Whole onion; white
- 5 Whole green onions
- 3 Whole squash; zucchini
- 3/4 Cup artichoke hearts
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt Himalayan
- 1 Dash garlic powder
- 1 Dash Trader Joes umami mushroom powder
Add the olive oil to the pan and use the nutri-chopper to slice the mushrooms into the pan
Cut the green onions and add to the pan
Spiralize the zucchini pasta and add to the pan
Add the spices and the artichoke hearts
Cook for 5 minutes until the pasta softens
