Equipment

  • Vegetable Spiralizer Vegetti or other
  • Nutri Chopper (optional)
  • chef knife

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil extra virgin
  • 6 Whole onion; white
  • 5 Whole green onions
  • 3 Whole squash; zucchini
  • 3/4 Cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt Himalayan
  • 1 Dash garlic powder
  • 1 Dash Trader Joes umami mushroom powder

Instructions

  • Add the olive oil to the pan and use the nutri-chopper to slice the mushrooms into the pan
  • Cut the green onions and add to the pan
  • Spiralize the zucchini pasta and add to the pan
  • Add the spices and the artichoke hearts
  • Cook for 5 minutes until the pasta softens
