Ingredients
- 4 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil extra virgin
- 6 Whole onion; white
- 5 Whole green onions
- 3 Whole squash; zucchini
- 3/4 Cup artichoke hearts
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt Himalayan
- 1 Dash garlic powder
- 1 Dash Trader Joes umami mushroom powder
Instructions
- Add the olive oil to the pan and use the nutri-chopper to slice the mushrooms into the pan
- Cut the green onions and add to the pan
- Spiralize the zucchini pasta and add to the pan
- Add the spices and the artichoke hearts
- Cook for 5 minutes until the pasta softens
