Ingredients
CHIA PUDDING
- 1/2 c milk; almond or soy
- 2 T chia seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 T pure vanilla
- 1/2 tsp butterfly pea flower powder
- 1 T real maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
TOPPINGS
- 4 oz coconut yogurt; unsweetened
- 1 tsp cacao nibs optional
- 2 OG strawberries
- 8 blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 T coconut; shredded or flakes
- 2 tso hemp seed; hulled
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the CHIA PUDDING ingredients in the order listed. Whisk until well incorporated.
- If in a hurry and want to eat right away, place in the freezer and allow to thicken for about 10 minutes. If you have the time the pudding is smoother if you allow it to soak overnight.
- Add whatever toppings you would like and eat immediately or it can be stored in the refriegerator for up to 5 days. ENJOY!!
